There is only one Academy Awards Event, and this year Essex Cinema’s Club Take 2 is The Place to experience it!

Dress up in your best Hollywood garb and join Essex Cinemas and ABC 22 for this gala! The night begins with a walk on the Red Carpet leading to Club Take 2 where the ABC 22 news team of Lauren Maloney, Greg Navarro and Kerrin Jeromin will be there hosting a live Academy Awards Watch Show from 6:30 to 7:00 pm! Come and chat with the ABC 22 News Team about the movies, movie trivia and the Oscars… and watch the excitement of the Academy Awards show in the Club Lounge or the adjacent Theater 10. Three big screens, including the 20-foot Theater and 10-foot Lounge screens, provide a great view from anywhere in the house.

We will be offering a gourmet buffet of Samosas, Crab Cakes, Shrimp Cocktail, Pot Stickers, Salads, assortments of cheeses, crackers and more.

Our full service bar will be open for beer, wine and spirits, too!

The Red Carpet will be out and the doors open at 5 PM. Live television coverage at the Club Take 2 begins at 6:30 PM, and the Oscars program begins at 7 PM.

The price for our Gourmet Buffet is $30.00 per person. Service is very limited, so please get your Buffet tickets online as soon as possible. Don’t miss this event, exclusively at Essex Cinema’s Club Take 2!
