Essex Cinemas, which opened October 2001, is an 8 screen all stadium seating theater located in Essex, Vermont. We were the first theater to offer stadium seating along with large theater screens. And now we are Vermont's only theater to have RealD 3D, the industry standard when it comes to 3D. Two of our screens are equipped with digital projection and RealD 3D. Along with RealD 3D comes your own personal 3D glasses, securely sealed in plastic. You can keep them or recycle them, but you'll never have to worry if they have been cleaned or not.
